As the Internet technology unceasing development, along with the emerging Internet enterprise’s growing and improving of business, the traditional telecom operators business is replaced and crowded out by Internet enterprise, the condition is more and more serious. Especially the Internet based platform for telecom operators business update ceaselessly, telecom operators are marginalized increasingly likely, and the current telecom operators are rapidly being pipeline. The channel’s operation and re-shaping is more and more important for telecom operators.
