Now, with the change of market conditions, telecommunications industry competition to make a gradual shift away from technical aspects to customer service levels, while a main carrier as customer service, customer development, the self-supporting channel makes more importance in telecommunications operator channel management, self-supporting channel has become the first important position in development for user resources, improving user perception, and enhancing customer service. The value of self-supporting channel is influenced by common objective and subjective factors such as market environment and internal operating environment, these impact factors is the decisive factor in the value of assessment results. Value assessment on Self-supporting channel provides accurate information on the overall value of both channels of data, including assessment of activities which is the daily operation of the data, this part of data information has major effect on channels operation for management decisions for managers.This strategic management of telecom operators from the perspective of decision-making in pursuit of the objective of maximizing value of the company, research and analysis the value management of telecom operators self-supporting channel. Reading through the literature, comparative research, data and other research method of combining.The value of the telecommunications industry self-assessment of the background sources and significance of the theory expounded to do a comprehensive analysis, highlighting the important role of self-supporting channel in the carrier market competition and strategy development.
