Research On Information Strategy Optimization Of SHCH Medical Equipment Co.

Under the background of the high development of information technology in today's society,the implementation of enterprise informatization can help enterprises optimize business processes,improve the market competitiveness and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.In this situation,enterprises must change the idea,adapt to the new competition mode and highlight the competitive advantage.What is more important is that enterprises should consider how the information strategy supports the enterprise strategy effectively from a strategic height.Several years ago,most domestic enterprises had continued to realize the importance of informatization construction.More and more companies were beginning to use informatization to achieve the automation of business process,sharing of enterprise resource and cost reduction.However,they had varying degrees of blindness in the process of informatization construction,which resulted that the informatization can not match the business process well,at the same time the other problems and ills were gradually revealed.Therefore,the information construction of enterprises urgently needs the guide of a normative and excellent informatization strategy.In this paper,I analysed the status and problems of SHCH medical equipment company as an example on the base of the SWOT model and the SAM model before its informatization strategy optimization.To solve these problems I analysed and researched the information optimization scheme of the case company detailedly on the base of the related theory of informatization strategy planning.Finally,I evaluated the preliminary implementation effect of the optimization scheme based on the case company's actual data and the BSC model.The main purpose of this paper is to make the informatization support the enterprise's business development better,in the meanwhile,the informatization construction of the other similar enterprises can get some useful reference from the research.
