With the coming of the information revolution,the development of information technology has more and more influence on human society,and it also has a greater and greater effect on the cornerstone of banks.From the hardware facilities of the bank to software development,from personnel management to risk prevention,all aspects of the bank's daily management depend on the development of information technology.It can be said that the development of information technology has promoted the expansion and depth of the bank's business,and also promoted the bank's ability to prevent risks.While informatization promotes the development of banking business,the development of banking business also puts forward new requirements for the continuous optimization of informatization.However,in the early period of the bank's informatization construction,in order to seize the market opportunity,there is a problem of attaching importance to business development and ignoring informatization construction.Most of the information systems are designed for individual business when the business needs,and there is no informatization.System planning,There is a "build over plan" approach.These historical reasons have led to the bank in the years of informatization process,There are several major problems: the lack of strategic compatibility between information technology and products,the difficulty of sharing data between systems and systems,the lack of architectural planning for information systems,resulting in waste of IT investment,and the formation of information redundancy or information islands.With the continuous deepening of banking and the comprehensive application of information technology in banks,in the future information process,how to effectively integrate business strategies to carry out information strategic planning and continuously improve the integration of information systems with products and services,To better meet the requirements of business development and change,to realize the sharing of information inside and outside the bank,to avoid the recurrence of the above-mentioned problems,etc.,is an urgent problem to be solved.Taking state-owned commercial banks as the main research object and taking bank C as a case,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of bank C's informatization construction by using strategic management theory,informatization theory and commercial bank management theory.At the same time,PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method are used to analyze Bank C,and combined with the specific development of Bank C,the future information strategygoals and principles are discussed.It is clear that the main principles of the future information technology strategy of Bank C are market-oriented,optimizing management system,attaching importance to information security,and strengthening the training of complex talents.Finally,in the context of "big data",the demand orientation of the market to financial institutions,the paper puts forward that bank C can enhance the competitiveness of the market by cooperating with third party organizations and developing new mobile payment methods.This paper chooses Bank C as the research object,and designs the implementation way of future informatization for it,in order to have certain reference to Bank C's future business development.This paper includes six chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction.The second chapter focuses on the theory related to the content of the paper,and introduces the commonly used analysis methods for informatization.It is divided into four parts.The first part summarizes the strategic management theory;The second part summarizes the related theories of informatization,the third part introduces the related theories of commercial bank management,and the fourth part expounds the PEST analysis method and SWOT analysis method.The third chapter is a case study of Bank C,analyzing its informatization development,problems and causes;The fourth chapter uses the above two analysis methods to analyze the external environment and internal competitiveness of Bank C,and puts forward suggestions for the information strategic planning of Bank C.On the basis of the fourth chapter,the fifth chapter puts forward how to implement the strategy of Bank C and the safeguard measures for the period.The main conclusions of this paper are summarized in the sixth chapter,and finally puts forward the prospect of the research.
