A Study On The Team Present Situation & Countermeasure Of Agricultural Science And Technology Extension In Jishui County

The team of agricultural science and technology extension has its special status and function in solving the three problems,promoting the development of agriculture and rural areas,constructing well-off society in an all—around way.The base team of agricultural science and technology extension is an important guarantee of the construction of agricultural development in the new era of China.In the new situation and requirement of agricultural development,improving all the team quality of construction of agricultural science and technology extension is the basic link of agricultural and rural economic development,which will play an irreplaceable role in the development of agriculture and rural economy.In order to build new type of service organization in agricultural extension,Jishuicounty began to reform greatly in 2008.Due to many factors,after reform,townshipagricultural comprehensive service is still in predicament.For instance,agriculturaltechnicians are to the post but not in place;overall quality not high;unable to adapt to the development of the new era.Reform and development are faced with many difficulties.Agricultural extension system reform road and present situation of the base team of agricultural science and technology extension is bumpy.This study from January 2015 to February 2015,founded by field survey and interview data,combined with the relevant literature and theory,current status and main problems of Jishui county Jiangxi province within the scope of the Township Agricultural Technology Extension Team,carries on the thorough careful analysis research and draws a conclusion: Grassroots agricultural extension team is not perfect;The promotion work can not meet the needs of the market economy and the industrialization of agricultural regionalization;Although it has made great contributions to the modernization of agriculture and the building of a new socialist countryside,there’s still a lot of problems.Mainly,1 total shortage of troops,uneven distribution of staff;2the low overall quality,the less new force;3less professional,non counterpart serious;4 poor working environment,lack of service facilities;5 less promotion activities,poor promotion effect.Based on the present situation of agricultural extension team in Jishui County,learning from the successful experience of the developed countries in Europe,America and Japan and other Asian countries in promoting the development of agricultural technology,This essay summarizes the following personal opinion that has a strong exploration of the views:1improving ideological awareness;2 the implementation of financial security;3 reasonable personnel;4 improving the quality of the team,5strengthening the team management.
