| In 2017,No.1 document pointed out that we should accelerate the reform of agricultural supply side,further promote the scale of rural land management,carry out the green production,control and optimization of pesticide fertilizer application,save rural irrigation water,improve the rural soil environment.In the background of rising temperatures,climate change and agricultural non-point source pollution,agricultural modernization must realize low-carbon development which is the only way to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction,the construction of ecological civilization and to promote economic quality and efficiency upgrades.With the gradual development of agricultural ecological problems,the application of agriculture low carbon technology needs to take root in the vast rural areas of china.However,due to the limitations of the level of knowledge or capital,it is often difficult for ordinary farmers to use agricultural low-carbon technology.Many farmers do not even know what agricultural low-carbon technology is.Therefore,the application of agricultural low-carbon technology should rely on the scale of farmers(planting area of more than 100 acres of farmers)and lead from point to the surface,and ultimately achieve low-carbon agriculture.It will greatly promote the utilization of agricultural low-carbon technology,if the application of low carbon agricultural technology can bring benefits to scale farmers.Based on the relevant theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the division of agricultural low-carbon technology.The agriculture of low carbon technology is divided into ten specific agricultural low carbon technologies including the system of farming,breeding,fertilization,irrigation,pesticide and waste utilization.Design-related issues and conduct research to obtain data on the status of agricultural low-carbon technology applications and income costs.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis,and carries on the empirical analysis according to the obtained scale farmer data.Through empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Seven agricultural low-carbon technology significantly enhance the scale of farmers’ income level such as: conservation tillage system,rice direct seeding technology,compound fertilizer / organic fertilizer / controlled release fertilizer,soil testing and fertilization techniques,deep fertilization / irrigation and fertilization,sprinkler irrigation / drip irrigation / wet irrigation / intermittent irrigation,straw returning;(2)The application of biodegradable agricultural film,biological pesticide and emerging pesticide controlled release technology has no significant effect on the level of income of farmers.It may be because the application of these three agricultural low-carbon technologies in the actual agricultural production process is less.As the penetration rate is not high,so the impact on income is not obvious. |
