With the increasingly competition in the market,enterprise more and more feel that improving their management level are important.Strategy pointes out the development direction for an enterprise,and performance management is an important means of enterprise human resource management,being both important parts of promoting company's management level.But in the current situation,Most companies have some problems that disconnecting performance management and the company's strategy,not reasonable in Performance indicators setting,the lack of effective management of the process of performance management and communication and so on.So,it is very important that developing performance management system for adapting to the company strategy.This thesis firstly introduces the selected topic background and significance,the research content and methods,and the research framework and ideas.To review the strategic performance management related theory,making me understand the strategy oriented performance management method,and corporate strategy can be integrated into the performance management of the company by the balanced scorecard,improving management level of the company.On the basis of the theory,taking MD Company as an example,according to basic situation and company structure of MD Company,through in-depth analysis,finding out the problems in performance management of MD Company.Aiming at these problems,by analyzing mission,values and vision of MD Company,summarizing the strategic objectives of MD Company,drawing the strategic map of MD Company,according to the strategic map from the financial,customer,internal operations and learning and growth of four dimensions,respectively for MD company,department and individual three aspects carry on the design of performance indicators,developing performance appraisal and application plan,Fully constructing the performance management system of MD Company.Finally,the thesis puts forward the safeguard measures of MD Company performance management system.This thesis embarks from strategy of MD Company,relevant theories and methods of strategic performance management,combining with the actual situation of MD Company,using balanced scorecard to build the performance management system of MD Company,enterprise performance management can better support the enterprise strategy,and this case can also provide a basis for other similar enterprises to develop strategic performance management programs.
