X company is a global manufacturer and service provider of elevators,escalators and moving walkways,with more than 200 countries and territories worldwide and maintenance services for more than 1.9 million lifts and escalators worldwide The In recent years,with the development of the market and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the diversification of customer needs and the everchanging market environment,enterprises are not only complex and volatile competitive environment,business involves a large number of diversified contract order development and circulation Procedures,the urgent need to respond to market demand as soon as possible,and constantly optimize and improve the contract approval process to quickly and accurately respond to customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction,which is including X companies,including all manufacturing service providers face common problems.In this paper,the manufacturing enterprise X company as a case study object,the ACE basic theory,lean ideas,tools and principles are described,the contract review process for a detailed analysis and mapping,focusing on how ACE and lean theory and The tool is applied to the process of contract review process management.After analyzing the current situation and shortcomings of the contract management process of X company,combining with the theoretical research,we use the tools and systems such as SW standardized management,pull system,single point trigger plan and Workflow Cycle to evaluate the problems in the process of contract review process management The analysis and put forward the specific improvement program to implement the actual business,to solve the X company contract review process management in the reality of the series of problems.The main conclusions of the study are:1.Analysis and improvement of contract review process need to be implemented under the background of macro management such as lean production management system.Full participation is the key to the improvement of contract review process.Lean improvement is the core of contract review process improvement.2.The audit process of the contract review process should be based on quality,efficiency and other indicators assessment data,the assessment process Lead Time,saving CLC planner,improve the performance of CMD performers,and other aspects of detailed data collection analysis and quantitative evaluation.3.The optimization process of the contract review process should focus on the timing of the delivery cycle,the uniformity of the operation platform and the operation interface,the management of the delivery time,the standardization and standardization of the regional contract review posts,and verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme with the actual case.
