Research In L Company In-house Manufacturing Process Optimization

For efficient operation of organization and stable performance,enterprise strive to build suitable and standard business process.Meanwhile,continue to improve current business process to meet the new challenge or opportunity which was brought from new technology,market or production.Lean and six sigma(LSS)is a methodology kit,which include lots of qualitative and quantify tools to help people understanding and improving business via the way of project management.Now,environment of manufacture has been struck by big change,we need research the effective combination of several tools,to achieve better performance.As a personal computer manufacturer and servicer.During past 10 years,L company keep both highly grow in domestic and foreign markets.However,Company's internal and external environment had to face some big change since 2012.Core-competitiveness,cost has lost the advantage of the past,Therefore leadership expect manufacture department to optimize traditional process which has been used for long-term through accumulated rich experience in LSS field,not only win the best cost-benefit but introduce new technology of automation maximizing as well.Due to this,company will gain long-term advantage in cost.This paper relied on the project management path of Six Sigma's DMAIC,use benchmark,literature review,to get overview of process improvement and determine research direction firstly.And found character of current process base on Lean-standardization,SIPOC,Value stream map analysis and Mathematical Statistics.Then,explanation how to design and build new process scheme through mind map,experiment verification,operation research,ECRS improvement tools of Lean.Finally,do summary to analyze new process performance which got 272% efficiency improvement and 22.2% cost down in actual operation.And find core idea of PC manufacture process improvement finally.
