Variation reduction&reducing complexity, eliminating waste are permanent aims of large manufactures. In recent years, Lean production and Six sigma are powerful tools adopted by many enterprises for purchasing Variation reduction&reducing complexity and eliminating waste. After long-term application and development in these companies, which based on themselves characteristics and requires, not only require improving productivity but also eliminate waste during production, so need to integrate the two together and generate Lean Six sigma. Ingersoll-Rand as a mechanical manufacture, not only utilize Lean Six sigma during fabricated process, also apply Lean Six sigma during routine official process to meet requirement of eliminating waste, this paper provide the detailed describe of application in non-standard review process improvement and absorb successful experience to instruct similar process and project.The paper introduces process improvementof non-standard review circulation according with Lean six sigma tool’s DMAICL application in enterprise. Chapter1and Chapter2state the theory about origin, background, history and content of Lean Six Sigma; Chapter3introduced N company’s background and actuality application of Lean Six Sigma; Chapter4shows the implement previous four steps of non-standard review improving project based on Chapter3by Lean Six Sigma analysis tool DMAICL. Chapter5describes the last two steps Control and Leverage’s implement of Non-standard product review process and shares general experience after fulfilled whole project.
