Land resources as a scarce resource, its scarcity in today's prominent contradiction between human and land is increasingly obvious. Land consolidation as an important measure to alleviate the contradiction between land supply and demand, improve land production efficiency, has been implemented for more than ten years. Due to the long-term shortage of rural infrastructure in China, land consolidation can not be allocated according to demand, coupled with its special social security nature, it is necessary to clarify the fuzzy pattern of land consolidation in administrative village at this stage. Because the land has two kinds of attributes of nature and economy, the factors that affect the consolidation of land in the administrative village are complex and diverse.And the geographical factors have the same double attribute as the land and one kind of inherent resource endowment of the administrative village, which makes the geographical factors become one of the important factors to affect the administrative village Land consolidation. The study of land consolidation in administrative villages not only has the theoretical significance of enriching the contents and framework of land consolidation research, but also provides scientific basis for the future consolidation of land and arranges to ensure the development and stability of rural economy, realize the practical significance of common prosperity in the end.On this paper, by constructing Hubei province consolidation of village land consolidation space-temporal database, geographic factors of consolidation of village land consolidation and the trend of this effects are studied. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the first and second chapters, mainly through access to relevant literature, the significance of this study, research methods, domestic and international research status and theoretical basis for elaboration. The second part is third chapter, this part mainly introduces the basic topography, land consolidation and land use situation of the study area, and explains the data source and builds the database with ArcGIS software as the platform to locate the data of land consolidation in Hubei Province, using the Near function to calculate the economic geography and natural geography of the administrative village. The third part is the empirical part and conclusion, including the fourth and fifth chapter, this part makes a qualitative analysis of the influence of geographical factors on the consolidation of land in the administrative villages through the basic theory , by building a geographic perspective of village land consolidation projects assigned logit model, the geography is influence the consolidation of the village land consolidation project were discussed, verify the influence of geographical factors on consolidation of village land consolidation and to study the trend of this change over time.Through the above research, the following are main conclusions:(1) Geographical factors such as location conditions, water source conditions and traffic accessibility have different effects on the consolidation of land in the administrative villages, and different geographical factors have different directions for the consolidation of land in the administrative villages.(2) The influence of different geographical factors on the consolidation of land in the administrative villages is different and the duration is different. The economic geography factors have a greater impact on the consolidation of land and have a longer duration than the natural geography.(3) With the passage of time, the geographical factors that affect the consolidation of land consolidation in administrative villages are decreasing, and the influence of geographical factors on the consolidation of land in the administrative villages is gradually reduced.
