Study On The Spatial-temporal Pattern And Interaction Mechanism Of Land Consolidation And Povertyin Guangxi

Land consolidation is an important measure to realize rural sustainable development.And efficient and rational utilization of land resources is an important way to help to take targeted measures in poverty alleviation.By revealing the interaction mechanism between land consolidation and poverty,it can give a scientific theoretical guidance to achieve precise identification in poverty and alleviation of poverty.It also can provide an effective basis for the formulation of the policy of differentiated land poverty alleviation.This paper studies the spatial-temporal pattern and interaction mechanism of land consolidation and poverty in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region by means of spatial statistics,GIS and land science and technology related disciplines and technologies.Firstly,the indexes of land consolidation are selected from the perspective of quantity,quality,landscape and social economic value.And the poverty index evaluation system is constructed from the dimension of social economy,population structure,production situation and education technology.Secondly,this paper using standard deviation index,variation coefficient and center of gravity model to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of different scales,the center-of-gravity path and the evolution of spatial-temporal pattern of Guangxi land consolidation projects from 2001 to 2015.Through principal component analysis,county poverty was measured in 2005,2010 and 2015.This paper further analyzes the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics,spatial heterogeneity pattern and spatial dependence pattern of poverty in Guangxi,and identifies the space poverty trap area.Then,the recognition of the significant impact factors of land consolidation on poverty is based on the general linear regression model of least square method and the geographical weighted regression model,and the spatial difference of influencing factors is quantitatively analyzed,and the influence mechanism of land consolidation on poverty is summarized.Finally,based on the above analysis,the paper analyzes the response of poverty to land consolidation through the elastic coefficient model,and then summarizes the response mechanism of poverty to consolidation.The results show that the effect mechanism of land consolidation on poverty in Guangxi is mainly to promote production,increase farmers' income and stimulate scientific and technological progress.In terms of the average area of farmland,the total grain production of new cultivated land,the land economic coefficient of grain crop and the land economic coefficient of sugar crop,by improving the landscape of cultivated land and improving the economic value of crops,it can promote agricultural production,increase farmers' income,stimulate the progress of agricultural science and technology to some extent,and play a role in alleviating poverty.There are mainly three kinds of response mechanism of poverty on land consolidation in Guangxi,which causes the change of the quality of land consolidation,the quantity of land consolidation and the change of social and economic value.The response of poverty to organic matter content in soil is greater than that of the basic living guarantee value of cultivated land.The needs,funds,progress and maintenance of the land consolidation project are affected by the change of poverty.The organic matter content in soil and the basic living guarantee value of cultivated land respectively as the significant index of land consolidation quality and social and economic value dimension changes with the change of poverty,and presents different response mechanisms.The study will provide a new set of ideas for the study of the relationship between land consolidation and poverty.
