Study On The Time-space Difference And Influence Factors Of Urban Land Use Efficiency In The Mountainous Provinces Of Southwest China

Urban land is the material foundation of urban economic and social development,and also the space carrier of urban construction and growth.This paper takes Yunnan Province as a typical case to study the spatial and temporal differences and influencing factors of urban land use efficiency,which is of great significance to promote the scientific and rational use of land,urban development,food security and border stability and prosperity in the region.Based on extensive understanding and absorption of urban land use efficiency research at home and abroad,and guided by the existing relevant theories,and on the basis of objective analysis of land use status and existing problems,this paper constructs the index system of urban land use efficiency evaluation in Yunnan Province,and uses the relatively mature DEA model.From the perspective of static and dynamic combination of urban land use effectiveness of Yunnan Province to objectively evaluate and sort,analysis of Yunnan Province 2007-2017 urban land use efficiency of the time-space evolution law,and the use of econometric models,The emphasis is on further quantitative analysis of the factors affecting the urban land use efficiency in Yunnan Province from the level of economic agglomeration and industrial structure,in order to provide a relatively scientific and reasonable policy system to improve the efficiency of urban land use in Yunnan Province.The content of this paper is mainly divided into four parts: The first part,refining the relevant theories of urban land use efficiency to provide theoretical support for the research.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the existing research theories on urban land use efficiency,choose the appropriate theory as the theoretical support of this article,and properly refine the relevant theories,so as to accumulate a solid theoretical foundation for the empirical research on urban land use efficiency.The second part is the evaluation of urban land use efficiency in Yunnan Province.Based on the characteristics and actual situation of mountainous areas located in the southwest frontier and the requirements of urban development and land use development in the new era,considering the similarities and differences of natural environmental conditions,social and economic conditions and land use characteristics of Yunnan Province,appropriate input indicators are selected from three aspects of capital,labor and land,and appropriate output indicators are selected from three aspects of economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits.A set of scientific and feasible comprehensive evaluation index system of urban land use efficiency is established.A relatively mature DEA model is used to objectively evaluate and rank the urban land use efficiency in Yunnan Province from the perspective of static and dynamic combination,and the temporal and spatial evolution law of urban land use efficiency in Yunnan Province is analyzed.The third part is the research on the influencing factors of urban land use efficiency in Yunnan Province.Using econometric models,this paper focuses on further quantitative analysis of the influencing factors of urban land use efficiency in Yunnan Province from the aspects of economic agglomeration and industrial structure in order to provide a relatively scientific and reasonable policy system for improving the urban land use efficiency in Yunnan Province.The fourth part is the optimization path of urban land use efficiency in Yunnan province.Based on the empirical research results of urban land use efficiency and influencing factors in Yunnan province,aiming at the specific characteristics of urban land use in Yunnan province and adjusting measures to local conditions,this paper puts forward a specific optimization path suitable for the improvement of urban land use efficiency in Yunnan province,which provides useful guidance and reference for the future rational use of urban land resources,the implementation of sustainable development strategies,and the protection of food security and the realization of prosperity and stability in border areas.The findings are as follows: First,the spatio-temporal characteristics of urban land use efficiency in Yunnan Province.In terms of time series,the urban land use efficiency in Yunnan Province is generally in the stage of increasing returns to scale.In terms of space,the overall distribution pattern is high in the middle and low around.Second,the input-output aspect of urban land use.There are obvious regional differences in input-output redundancy and non-DEA effective distribution.Third,urban land use efficiency mechanism.Economic agglomeration and industrial structure are the main transmission mechanisms that affect urban land use efficiency.Empirical tests show that the crowding effect of economic agglomeration on urban land use efficiency in Yunnan Province is greater than the agglomeration effect,which is not conducive to the improvement of urban land use efficiency.Industrial structure has a positive impact on urban land use efficiency,which shows that the upgrading of industrial structure in Yunnan Province has achieved initial results and needs further consolidation and improvement.Main policy implications: First,according to the spatio-temporal differences of the evaluation results of urban land use efficiency in Yunnan Province,on the one hand,the internal causes of DEA inefficiency in urban land use are deeply explored;on the other hand,according to the regional differences of the evaluation results,the measures system for improving urban land use efficiency is formulated according to local conditions.Second,build an early warning system for urban land use efficiency and optimize the path to improve urban land use efficiency.Third,find a breakthrough to reverse the negative impact of congestion on urban land use efficiency.At the same time,according to the characteristics of regional differences,formulate and implement differentiated industrial structure optimization policies and measures,focusing on macro-control from the aspects of fiscal policy,tax policy and land resource allocation policy,and at the same time ensure smooth market-oriented development path for industrial structure optimization and upgrading.
