Research On The Growth Path Of Innovative Enterprises Based On Regional Innovation Efficiency

The sustainable and healthy growth of innovative enterprises play an important role in the stable development of China’s economy. The sustained and healthy growth of innovative enterprises is a common concern of the state, the government and the enterprises. The growth of innovative enterprises is affected by many factors, the efficiency of regional innovation and the ability of enterprise innovation are two important aspects. Regional innovation system is the external environment faced by the enterprises, the operation of regional innovation system,the degree of innovation of the subject and medium in regional innovation system, and the resulting regional innovation efficiency,all this mentioned above causes have far-reaching effects on innovative enterprise growth. And the innovation ability of the enterprise also has an effect on the growth of innovative enterprise through the factors such as the innovation production, the innovation marketing and so on. The impact of different factors on the growth should also affect the future development of the enterprise strategy, which is the path of enterprise growth. Enterprises need to plan the growth path of enterprises according to different internal and external conditions. This shows that the regional innovation efficiency and the enterprise innovation ability have great influence on the enterprise growth path, which has important guiding significance.This article summarized the theory of regional innovation system, regional innovation efficiency and innovative enterprise, enterprise growth path through the detailed literature review and comprehensive, and put forward the intrinsic mechanism of the regional innovation efficiency and enterprise innovation ability of enterprise growth. On the basis,according to different regional innovation efficiency and innovation ability of enterprises ,this article established innovative enterprise classification matrix model, divided into four different types of innovative enterprise, and corresponding to four different enterprise growth path, and analysis the dynamic evolution of enterprise growth path. Then through the positive analysis of innovative enterprises Harbin Pharmaceutical Group in Heilongjiang Province,using data envelopment model to analyse regional innovation efficiency and using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the innovation ability of the enterprise it is finally draw a conclusion that Harbin Pharmaceutical Group belongs to the type of focus on development enterprises and summed up the future enterprise development path. Finally, the relative countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the growth of innovative enterprises based on the regional innovation efficiency and enterprise innovation ability.
