| In the age of economic globalization, the science and information technologies are increasing quickly. The progress of society, the improvement of one country's integrated strength and the increase of the economy cannot do without innovation. So to speak, the development of society, country and economy all takes the innovation ability as their internal motivation. Building the innovation-oriented country is an inevitable choice for improving our country's comprehensive national strength, and at the same time, the sustainable development of innovative enterprise is the foundation for enhancing our country's independent innovation capability. The innovative enterprise is a kind of new enterprise development model which takes the innovation as its foundation, and strengthening the theoretical study on the innovative enterprise's development plays an active role in improving its sustainable development ability. It has great practical significance for improving the innovative enterprise's management level by analyzing its development trend, exploring the evaluation to it, its selection mode for innovation path and the system of resource allocation.Firstly, on the basis of consulting lots of documents at home and abroad systematically and combining with the author's practical experience in corporation management consultant, this paper discusses the enterprise's development path to form the innovative enterprise, a new kind of business model background which meets the demand of development. Putting forward the idea of building the innovative enterprise has great significance for the scientific and sustaining innovation strategy, innovative consciousness, excellent and unremitting innovative culture, sound constant innovative system, efficient continuous innovative framework, and the new enterprise which takes the constant innovation as the core competitiveness of the enterprise's continuous growth.Secondly, analyzing the elements affecting the innovation of innovative enterprise in terms of interior and exterior provides a better foundation for the innovative development and evaluation of the innovative enterprise. The interaction between the innovative enterprise and external environment elements embodies in the analysis of external environment elements and the integration of innovation elements. The analysis on the internal and external environment elements of the innovative enterprise can help the innovative enterprise to discover the abilities and knowledge embodied in the external environment which is good for the enterprise's development and its adapting to the environment.Thirdly, this paper establishes the analysis framework for the development trend, and analyzes our country's current 469 pilot projects of innovative enterprises in terms of innovation investment, innovation output and economic situation and the development trend of 202 innovative enterprises evaluated and named based on the pilot projects, with the purpose of obtaining a correct understanding to the innovative enterprise's proper orientation, development trend, regional distribution and distribution constituent.Fourthly, starting from the nature and feature of innovative enterprise, this paper discusses the innovative enterprise's innovation type and innovation field and analyzes its innovation type and innovation manners in terms of technological innovation, business model innovation and system innovation, based on which this paper puts forward the innovative enterprise's phased selection mode of innovation path combining with its own resources and abilities.Fifthly, the high-low of the innovative enterprise's allocative efficiency concerns whether the innovative enterprise can realize the sustainable development, which is also one of the important subjects that this paper will study. With the help of system dynamics and the instrument like route map, this paper discusses the innovative enterprise's resource allocation system and constructs the innovative enterprise's resource allocation model.Sixthly, from the two aspects of the whole evaluation of innovative enterprise and innovation path-innovation performance evaluation, this paper constructs the evaluation model and evaluation index system for the innovative enterprise. By constructing innovation path-innovation performance evaluation model, this paper hopes to know the correlation between the innovation path and innovation performance.Seventhly, by the means of questionnaire and expert scoring, this paper obtains the relevant data and carries through the empirical evaluation and analysis on the innovation investment of the top 20 enterprises in 2009. As for the identification of the innovative enterprise's innovation path, this paper adopts the method of nine grades scoring, constructing the corresponding index system for the innovation path separately aiming at the three dimensionalities of technological innovation, business model innovation and system innovation.Finally, based on the summary of the paper and elaboration of its deficiencies, the author shows the expectation for the relevant research direction of the future innovative enterprise.
