Research On The Influence Of Principal Relationship On Innovation Performance In Innovation Ecosystem

At the present stage,China’s economy is in a critical period of continuous transformation of old and new growth drivers and economic transformation and upgrading.The competition between enterprises has gradually evolved from "single enterprise competition" to "supply chain competition",and then upgraded to the "enterprise innovation ecosystem" on which various enterprises survive.Under the enterprise innovation ecology,the relationship between the main members is more complex,and the action mechanism of each main member in the system for the enterprise innovation is still not clear.At the same time,the research from the new institutional theory shows that the institutional environment can affect the enterprise governance and innovation strategy.To sum up,this research around "innovation ecosystem under the subject relationship on the influence of the innovation performance research" the research problem,from the perspective of subject member relations,explore the impact of the enterprise innovation ecosystem of suppliers,customers and the government on the enterprise innovation performance,examine the intermediary role of enterprise innovation ability and the background of the change of the relationship.This paper mainly explores the influence of subject relationship on enterprise innovation performance in the context of innovation ecosystem.On the basis of combing the previous research literature,it is concluded that the subject relationship of the innovation ecosystem is conducive to improving the innovation performance of enterprises,but the "bridge" of the enterprise innovation ability is not taken into account,and the external institutional environment in the process of the subject relationship affecting the innovation performance of enterprises.Therefore,from the perspective of innovation ecosystem,this paper based on the innovation ecosystem theory and new institutional theory,and discusses how the subject relationship can improve the innovation performance of enterprises by affecting the innovation ability of enterprises.Then,by summarizing previous studies,the regulatory role of institutional environment on this relationship is investigated.The main problems studied in this paper are: the influence of the subject relationship of innovation ecosystem on the innovation performance of enterprises,the intermediary role of enterprise innovation ability and the regulating role of institutional environment.This paper takes A-share listed companies as the sample object,The empirical analysis was performed using the stata software,The following research conclusions are drawn: Innovation ecosystem enterprise customer relationship is positively related to enterprise innovation performance,Enterprise supplier relationship of innovation ecosystem is negatively correlated with enterprise innovation performance,Innovation ecosystem enterprise government relationship is positively related to enterprise innovation performance;The enterprise innovation ability has some intermediary effect on the enterprise supplier relationship and innovation performance,There is a complete intermediary relationship between the relationship between enterprise government and innovation performance,There is no intermediary effect of enterprise innovation ability on enterprise customer relationship and innovation performance;The institutional environment strengthens the supplier relationship and innovation performance of innovation ecosystem enterprises,The institutional environment has no significant effect on the customer relationship and innovation performance,The institutional environment weakens the relationship between government and innovation performance of innovation ecosystem enterprises.
