Based onthe analysis of past scholars for research on regional innovation network structure, combinedwith the data the above-scale industrial enterprises in the provinces, from the network size,contact strength, openness, structural holes measure the development status of provincesInnovation Network. Comparative analysis on the application of research methods to calculatethe effectiveness of BP neural network model wears a combination of factors, and finallyanalysis the provincial network characteristics based on innovative range of each index score.Secondly, the innovation capability of enterprise in Chinese provinces is analyzed. Using Principal component analysis and stepwise regressionto remove multicollinearity indexes, and using the multivariate regression modelcross-analysis the impact between them, the result showed that there is a strong positivecorrelation between innovation networks and enterprise innovation ability, degree fromstrong to weak is association strength, openness, network size, structural holes; In the regional innovation networks, the impact on enterprise investment in innovation capacity significantlyis the network size and openness; corporate R&D capability significantly affected isassociation strength; the impact on business innovation output capacity significantly is contactstrength and openness. at last,policy recommendations are proposed,including increase theopenness of regional innovation networks,promoting research in close cooperation andimproving service agencies, creating a favorable environment for technological innovation,establishing a sound system of innovation support services.
