The Improvement Of Enterprise Innovation Ability Based On Regional Innovation Ecosystem

The regional innovation ecosystem is a new innovation research paradigm that has emerged in the experience of Silicon Valley that promotes the deep integration of information,knowledge,technology,personnel and capital,and accelerates the free flow of innovative elements and efficient allocation with the in-depth development of information technology and the appearance of the Internet of Things..It focuses on the ecological development trend of the regional innovation system,that is,focusing on a series of issues such as system stability,continuous evolution,factor accumulation,symbiosis,and efficient information feedback in the regional innovation ecosystem.Finally,we will study how these ecological characteristics of the regional innovation system more effectively integrate enterprise innovation resources and improve the company's innovative strength.The regional innovation ecosystem was first studied in the case of Silicon Valley to discover the unique experience of Silicon Valley's success.Eventually found that the regional innovation system in Silicon Valley features a series of tropical rain forest ecosystems.The researchers wanted to further tap into Silicon Valley's experience and explore generalized theoretical models-the regional innovation ecosystem-and promote it to other parts of the world.China is in a critical period of economic intelligence transformation.The growth of a company's innovation capability is directly related to the success or failure of transformation.Therefore,it is of great significance to actively explore more effective regional innovation organization paradigms,provide experience for governments to build regional innovation systems,and optimize regional innovation systems.Therefore,the future-oriented regional innovation ecosystem research is providing new ideas for government innovation strategy.In the overall framework of this paper,based on the research of regional innovation ecosystem theory and the identification of system features of regional innovation ecosystem as the key points,this paper empirically tests the core relationship of regional innovation ecosystem to promote the growth of enterprise innovation capability.It mainly addresses the following questions:What is the regional innovation ecosystem?The theoretical mechanism of regional innovation ecosystem affecting the company's innovation ability and innovation performance?How to effectively distinguish the system characteristics of regional innovation ecosystem?And the empirical results of the regional innovation ecosystem affecting the company's ability to innovate to innovate performance.The specific chapters are organized as follows:The first two chapters mainly address the issues of research background,research significance,and literature review.It also shows that the regional innovation ecosystem is an inevitable direction for exploration of innovation theory research and innovation paradigm.The third chapter introduces the ecosystem into the regional innovation system and constructs the regional innovation ecosystem theory.It also studies how regional innovation ecosystems affect innovation capability and innovation performance of enterprises through system stability characteristics,network accumulation,symbiotic evolution,and information feedback.The screening and screening models for identifying the system characteristics of regional innovation ecosystems are also presented.Chapters 4 and 5 mainly measure the system-specific value of the regional innovation ecosystem,the value of the enterprise's innovation capability and the value of the enterprise's innovation efficiency.Chapter 6 empirically examines the role of regional innovation ecosystems in promoting the innovation capabilities of enterprises,and proposes policy recommendations in Chapter 7.The research shows that compared with regional innovation systems,the main advantages of regional innovation ecosystem are the symbiotic evolution of innovation entities,the expansion of innovation networks,the acceleration of the flow of information,knowledge and innovation elements,and the increase of network accumulation effects.System maturity model,niche index and subsystem coordination index can better identify these new system characteristics of regional innovation ecosystem.And through empirical tests,the new system characteristics of the regional innovation ecosystem can indeed improve the company's innovation and innovation performance.
