A Research On The Supply-side Reform Of Tourism In Zhengzhou,Kaifeng And Luoyang

Such series of national strategies as the construction of the Central Plain Economic Zone,the Free Trade Zone,and the Central Plain Urban Agglomeration has brought opportunities one after another for the economic development of Henan Province.Located in the central area of the Central Plain Economic Zone and the Central Plain Urban Agglomeration,and being the carrier of the Henan Province Free Trade Zone,Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyang should seize the good opportunity for development,and play a leading role for the economic revitalization of Henan province,thereby,giving impetus to the rapid economic development of surrounding areas.As the three seats in eight ancient capitals of the country,Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyang are rich in historical and cultural resources,but the corresponding tourism income didn’t match their status according to data in recent years.The central government put forward the policy of supply-side structural reform,which has become hot words for the national economic policy at one time.After exploring the cause of asymmetry problem on Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyang’s culture tourism resources and tourism income,the answer doesn’t lie in the demand side,but on the supply side,as the supply level not high and lack of effective supply.To transform the advantage of cultural tourism resource in Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyang into economic advantage,and to drive the development of cultural tourism in Henan province and even the surrounding areas,the effective way is to reform the supply side on cultural tourism in Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyang.This article first elaborates the research’s background and its significance,and then reviewsthe relevant literature,combs the relationship among the logic of culture,tourism,culture and tourism,andthe connotation and extension of cultural tourism.Secondly,using the study method of inductive and deductive method,quantity method,this articleanalyses the necessity of reforming the supply side of cultural tourism in Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyangfrom four perspectives,as the policy environment,resource advantage,market competition and inheriting Chinese historical civilization.Third,this article combs the distribution patternof all A level scenic spots throughoutZhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyangon the basis of a thorough survey ontheirvarious types of cultural tourism resources,and summarizes the outstanding features as large magnitude,various types,distinctive characteristics,reasonable space-time layouts,influential and strong tourist hospitality capacity;besides,this article analyses the current supply situation on the cultural tourism facilities,services and supplementary cultural tourismfacilities in Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyang.Fourth,through analyzing the current supply situation of the cultural tourism in Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyang,the articlecomes up withsuch suggestions on the supply sidereform on cultural tourismin Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyang as: seizesthe opportunity of the national supply-side reform,as well as the construction of the Central Plain Economic Zone,the Free Trade Zone,and the Central Plain Urban Agglomeration,reasonablyplans cultural tourism,the fusion development of cultural tourismand many industry;through renovating and optimizing cultural tourism scenic spots in Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyang,establishes boutique scenic area,shuts down or reforms illegal scenic areas in the meantime,to offer effective supply,branding cultural tourism in Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyang using world cultural heritagesin those areas as the core advantage,creating new publicity means,amplifying the influence of cultural tourismin Zhengzhou,Kaifeng and Luoyang.
