Based on the rise of the human resources market in our country,there are more and more professional human resources management companies.These companies rely on professional experience in human resources management for enterprises to provide human resources management services,including human resources training,recruiting,management planning,developing of the system,etc.to achieve human resource management's division of labor and further specialization.Human resource management outsourcing has become one important solution to human resource management issues.There are some HRM problems exited in A company,such as has not yet upgraded HRM to a strategic height,human resource management organizational structure and job content need to be further optimized,more serious employee turnover,lack of employee relationship management and enterprise culture construction.Human resource management outsourcing can solve some HRM problems in A company.In this paper,using the method of literature research,on-the-spot investigation,market research,etc.Analyzing A company human resource management outsourcing's reasons and feasibility,noted that the main reason A company human resource management outsourcing is to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,to meet the needs of enterprise development and other talents,the feasibility of human resource management outsourcing,and combine data a detailed analysis of the human resource management problems as well as human resource management outsourcing implementation goals,determine the content of human resourcing management outsourcing.Analyzing different human resource management outsourcing model's advantages and disadvantages,noted joint management mode is the better way to solve the problems in A company's human resource management.Finally,for the characteristics and needs of human resource management outsourcing,pointed out that A company must choose the rage of outsourcing partner,and select the outsourcing partner required,analyzed the possible risks in the outsourcing process,then a human resource management outsourcing risk prevention put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
