The implementation of the Pearl River Basin in Guangxi forest reforestation project through the investigation in Cangwu County,the main afforestation tree species of Pinus massoniana and Eucalyptus superba as the object,the present situation of three tree species management from 2006 to 2016 was analyzed by means of data collection.The costs and benefits were analyzed and calculated,and the tree growth indicators(DBH,tree height)were obtained from 29 sample sites.The calculation of three forest carbon layer of carbon reserves,then use the carbon tax method and the cost of afforestation method reasonable carbon price,in order to estimate the comparison of three kinds of forest carbon layer of the economic value of carbon sink.Finally,in order to select the optimal forest management decision,adding Faustman model,carbon supply estimates of three tree species,sensitivity analysis from the carbon price,labor price,timber price and other aspects of forest carbon sequestration supply effect,put forward relevant suggestions for promoting carbon sink supply,and draw the following conclusions:(1)Analysis of different inputs of different carbon layer.Compared with Pinus massoniana,Eucalyptus and Schima superba,the inputs in the afforestation stage are net inputs,including seedling,labor costs,agricultural use,other inputs,etc.,and there are some differences in the amount,but the difference is not huge.In the tending stage and the main cutting stage of the investment is also a net investment,but the amount of investment to eucalyptus for the highest.Therefore,from the survey data analysis,a single rotation period,Pinus massoniana,Eucalyptus,Schima fine three kinds of trees into similar structure,are based on labor input,input level and output level difference,from the cost,Net income point of view consistent with eucalyptus>Pinus massoniana>the law of Schima superba.The main reason for the difference between the three carbon species is caused by the difference between the tree species' own characteristics and the price difference of wood,especially the characteristics of the tree species.(2)There were significant differences in carbon storage in different carbon layer.In 2016,The Masson Pine layer per hectare average carbon reserves of 25.61 t,Eucalyptus carbon layer is 144.54t and 47.45 t carbon layer of Schima superba,from 2006 to 2016 For ten years,the average carbon storage of Pinus massoniana increased by 2.56 t per year,and the average carbon storage of Eucalyptus increased by 14.45 t per year.The average carbon storage of Schima superba increased by 4.75 t per year,>Cedar>Pinus massoniana trend.(3)There are significant differences,different carbon economic value of carbon sequestration in 2016,with the highest economic value per unit area of carbon sequestration of Eucalyptus,followed by Pinus massoniana Schima superba,the lowest.The research project,due to differences in forest area,contribution to the total value of carbon sink economy project is the second largest eucalyptus,Pinus massoniana,Schima superba with relatively few.(4)There are differences in the expected value of forest land.Masson pine,eucalyptus and Schima three species expectation difference showed the first increase then decrease trend.Eucalyptus optimal rotation for a period of 10 years,Masson optimum rotation for a period of 33 years,schimasuperba optimal rotation for a period of 36 years.With the change of carbon sink price,the optimal rotation period of three tree species will be prolonged.(5)There are differences in the sensitivity of carbon sequestration.With the increase of the discount rate,the supply of carbon sinks of Pinus massoniana,Eucalyptus and Schima superba were gradually decreased,and the discount rate sensitivity of Pinus massoniana than Eucalyptus and Schima superba;with the gradual increase of labor prices,carbon supply of Masson pine,eucalyptus and Schima superba decreased gradually,and the labor price sensitivity of Eucalyptus Schima superba than Pinus massoniana;with the timber price increase,carbon supply is a slight downward trend,and the sensitivity of Eucalyptus wood prices than on schimasuperba Pinus massoniana.(6)The proposals for promoting ForestCarbonSinks exchange development and policy recommendations include:the scientific and rational development of Eucalyptus;reduce the size of Masson pine;developing regional native tree species;constantly tap the potential of forest carbon sequestration.Do a good job of forest carbon sinks trade intermediary service institutions;improve the carbon sink trading mechanism.Strengthen financial support,focus on demonstration and promotion.Increase publicity efforts to strengthen forest training,improve the awareness of forest carbon sinks.
