The human all kinds of industrial production, agricultural production activities have a large amount of greenhouse gases released into the atmosphere. Therefore, control of CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions has become an important scientific issues in the field of international scientific research. Agricultural production activity has always been one of the important source of greenhouse gas emissions, in order to reduce the carbon emissions of agricultural production, the development of low carbon agriculture is already the world common choice of all countries. In order to promote the healthy and rapid development of low carbon agricultural, domestic and foreign experts and scholars have carried out extensive research of low carbon agriculture, but the direction is more dispersed, county small regions such as the lack of ability of carbon sequestration and low carbon agriculture development research. Taking North Water Transfer Project headworks location Xichuan County as an example.Analysis of xichuan county farmland ecosystem carbon sequestration ability and the influence factors of low carbon agriculture development from 2005 to 2014.This study not only to the xichuan county of scientific theory and guidance for the development of low-carbon agriculture, and also for the county carbon sequestration capacity of farmland ecosystem and low carbon agricultural research provide reference. Results show that:(1) the xichuan county total farmland ecosystem carbon sequestration and carbon absorption intensity from 2005 to 2014, showing a rising trend. Wheat, corn and other major food crops due to the larger acreage to maintain a large total absorption of carbon total carbon uptake showed a significant upward trend of oil-bearing crops. The total amount of carbon absorbed gap Oil and Crop decreases.Although total carbon emissions have shown an increasing trend, but the overall carbon emissions far less than the total carbon uptake, indicating Xichuan farmland ecosystem has strong carbon sink function.Three processes affect carbon emissions in farmland, there is a big difference in carbon emissions of chemical fertilizer, farm machinery and irrigation generated. The proportion of fertilizer emissions share larger than 85% of carbon emissions from agricultural machinery, irrigation smaller proportion.(2)Gray relational analysis method, the carbon Xichuan County Agricultural Development and its influencing factors were comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that carbon emissions from farmland ecosystems greatest impact indicators of chemical fertilizer, followed by effective irrigation area, the total sown area of crops, rural electricity consumption, the impact on carbon emissions ecosystem Xichuan County farmland smallest agricultural machinery power. The results showed that from 2005 to 2008, the low level of development of low-carbon agriculture Xichuan County. After 2009, due to the construction of the implementation of North Water Transfer Project Xichuan County has increased efforts in building a low-carbon agricultural development.Through policy regulation, financial support and financial laws promulgated, effectively reducing the carbon emissions from agricultural ecosystems, making farmland ecosystem carbon sink capacity increased.(3)Based on the above paper proposes Xichuan crop structure should be improved to limit wheat, corn and other food crops weaker carbon sink strength of the sown area, expand the peanut, rapeseed, sesame and other carbon sequestration ability of sowing oilseeds, reducing carbon emissions ability of traditional chemical fertilizers, promotion of bio-organic fertilizer recommendations.Should be enhanced at the same time, puts forward the xichuan low carbon agricultural development idea, intensify propaganda low carbon agriculture, and increase research and development of science and technology investment, promote the new technology and improve the policy laws and regulations system, adjust measures to local conditions to develop low carbon agriculture.
