In the financial industry with more serious homogenization of products,the constantly improving of the service quality of employees has been endowed with new connotations and it also has developed into a main way for commercial banks to attract high-quality customers,improve customer satisfaction,and then effectively improve their business performance and cultivate their core competitiveness.In the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,B Bank is one of earlier set of joint-stock commercial banks.In recent years,facing with the increasing market competition among the banks in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the impact of the rapid development of Internet Finance,B Bank’s operating environment has undergone tremendous changes,which has resulted in the further increase of employees’ work intensity and work pressure,as well as the further decrease of the salary.All of these have given a great blow to the staff’s work enthusiasm,reduced their work efficiency and employee satisfaction,resulting in employee turnover rate increase and this has made a very negative impact for the future operation and development of the bank.Under this background,this paper takes B Bank as the research object,and based on the questionnaire survey on the current situation of employee satisfaction in B Bank to analyze its employee satisfaction.The result has showed that the employees of B Bank are generally satisfied with the employee satisfaction management of the bank,but the score is relatively low.So,it is urgent to further optimize and perfect the management of employee satisfaction of B Bank.At the same time,this paper also has found out the weak links of the bank in the management of employee satisfaction,such as: the importance of the enterprise culture construction is still insufficient and the staff’s amateur cultural life is not rich and colorful;the work pressure and intensity is high;the performance distribution system is not perfect,the paid vacation system is not in place and the welfare system is not perfect;there lace of systematic career development planning for employees,the staff post promotion mechanism exist defects and the construction of work diversity is still lagging behind;The internal communication mechanism needs to be further improved and the job responsibilities are not clearly defined;the training mechanism is not perfect,there is "short-sighted" behavior and lack of corresponding planning and co-ordination arrangements.In view of these problem,this paper put forwards the countermeasures and suggestions for B Bank to enhance its employee satisfaction from the aspects of working environment,career management,employee occupation salary,interpersonal relationship,occupation training.The study of this paper will have a very important meaning for helping B Bank to improve the daily management of employees,enhance employee satisfaction and working enthusiasm,attract and retain talents,maintain internal stability,strengthen the core competitive advantage,and then achieve long-term,healthy and stable development.At the same time,this study can also provide reference for other commercial banks in our country to carry out the study of employee satisfaction management,which will have great practical significance for further improving the level of employee satisfaction management and promoting the smooth and healthy development of the financial industry in our country.
