With the rapid development of Chinese pharmaceutical retail market,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In the past three years,the chain business of the pharmaceutical retail market is increasing,and its large pharmaceutical retail enterprises have taken over much more market share,while small and medium-sized pharmaceutical retail enterprises are facing severe survival pressure and talent crisis.In that case,small and medium-sized enterprises must train their employees so as to cultivate talents to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and achieve employees' self development.As the core part of the staff,salesmen shuld be trained in the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical retail enterprises,because it directly affects the performance,growth and development of the enterprise.Thus,in the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical retail enterprises,an important problem of human resources development must be solved is to renew salemen'knowledge and improve their skills by constructing an optimized training system so as to develop and provide more excellent salemen.In this paper,we select salemen training of RM pharmaceutical company as research object.Then based on the theory and application of human resource training at home and abroad,we analyse,research and evaluate its existing salemen training system appling Kirkpatrick's four evaluation model with literature search,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods.We find that their training system has many problems,for instance,analysis of training needs is not accurate,training organization is ineffective,training resources is inadequate,training evaluation is not useful,transformation channels of training results is insufficiency and so on.And on this basis,we analyse the reasons of these problems and put forward specific optimized measures from training organization,training process,training resources,training evaluation and training achievement transformation to build a more perfect,efficient and optimized sales staff training system.Specifically speaking is that: enterprise should pay more attention to it,establish training management system,improve the training evaluation incentive,help employees plan career development,building a corporate culture that encourages learning and innovation.Through the research on the RM pharmaceutical company,we want to explore the optimized method of training system for sales personnel in small and medium sized pharmaceutical retail enterprises,and provide reference experience for other small and medium-sized pharmaceutical retail enterprises.
