Training is the most basic way to the development of human resources in enterprises, which is the core in the development of human resources. In terms of individual employees, the training can not only help employees to tap their own potential and then better to achieve their self-worth, but also can improve employees'self-satisfaction and their sense of belonging and responsibility to the enterprise. From the perspective of enterprises, the training can improve the work efficiency of the staff and the economic efficiency of enterprises, moreover can enhance their market competitiveness and staff cohesion. Obviously the importance of training in the operation of enterprises contributes to the managers'gradual increase of investment.This article presents some theoretical principle related to human resources. Through questionnaires, I analyzed the problems of L'Oreal in staff training. In respect of the actual situation and the related training theory, I also put forward the new model of staff training, the view of strengthening the training demand and assessing the training effect. It isn't focused on the needs survey before staff training only, but on the assessment of the overall effect after training.This study is aimed to provide enterprises with some reference in the practices of training management.
