China is the biggest country producing tea,but its export volume is not the No.l.On exporting,Chinese enterprises is not only suffering trade barriers,but also faced with tea products' competition from India,Sri Lanka and Kenya.Chinese tea has long history and thick culture,China still haven't come out a famous international tea company,thus Chinese tea industry must have problems.With people's life standard improved,the awareness of healthy gradually increased.Tea as a healthy drink,the quantity demanded appears a upward trend.Besides,beneficial national policy,especially "One Belt and One Road" development strategy implementation,no matter the foreign market or the domestic market,Chinese tea development potential is huge,the development of tea companies are also concerned about.This paper analyzes and studies the status of Shinshan Tea Company,combined with the characteristics of the company and its own products,and uses the classical marketing theory and related analysis tools to clarify the target market and market positioning of Xinyang Maojian products,and put forward the corresponding marketing mix strategy,And safeguards have been implemented.This paper is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter discusses the background and significance of the thesis.The second chapter introduces the present situation of this company.The third chapter analyzes the marketing environment.The forth chapter target market segmentation and market orientation.The fifth chapter is the improvement and optimization of the marketing strategy of company.The sixth chapter is the marketing strategy to implement the safeguards to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized marketing strategy.The last chapter is conclusion and prospect.
