Nowadays , in the social competition, the marketing is very important to the enterprise , with which enterprises can get competition superiority and competitive ability. Enterprises must carry out marketing activity to raise their rate of marketing holding. Combined with the experience of Yanzhou Eastern Limited Company, the paper researches the mechanical and electrical industry, which is significant to the marketing.The paper has introduced the research background of the enterprise and the research significance at first, which pointes out the necessity of the marketing which Eastern company carried on , and the paper also pointes out the research question and methods.The paper has outlined of the Eastern company's development briefly. We use environment analysis theory, with which we analyze the company's environment form outside to the inside. We has applied SWOT analysis method which describing the opportunity, threat and superiority and inferiority, which establishes the foundation of the marketing.This paper has analyzed the marketing strategy system of the Eastern company mainly, from the aspects of the strategic localization and combination strategy , We describe the present marketing situation in details and analyze superiority and point out the problems and the insufficiency of the company. The paper has proposed and reconstructed the new system of the marketing and puts forward the reasonable proposal to the operation of the company.With the combination of practice an d theory, the paper uses the Environment Theory, the combination of marketing (4P), Porter theory, and as well as the related strategic theory which has analyzed the system of the marketing of Yanzhou Eastern mechanical and electrical company comprehensively and objectively.
