Research On Optimization Of Warehouse Management System Of HQ Company

In the mobile phone industry increasingly intense competition stage,many mobile phone brands have fallen,HQ mobile phone R&D and manufacturing company as the industry leader,contrarian,orders increased,expanding production base,showing the overall situation is excellent situation.But with the increase of factory,warehouse area expanded,warehouse doubled,warehouse operation,manpower,space,equipment,materials and other costs continue to increase,the company occupies a lot of money,has seriously hampered the healthy development of the company,optimize the warehouse management system has been imminent.This article focuses on issues related to existing warehouse management operations of HQ company must carefully analyze the improvement,to survey the warehouse management process repeats,accounting information is not perfect,MRP change frequently,inventory is too large,the main problem of low efficiency of warehouse personnel.And to explore the main causes of these problems,combined with the modern logistics management,lean logistics,ABC classification,referring to the domestic and foreign outstanding mobile phone manufacturing enterprises some successful experiences and methods,and puts forward some improvement proposal to optimize the warehouse management system of HQ company including:update the warehouse operation process,strengthening ERP PMC system development,improve the reaction speed,establish reasonable inventory management strategy,the five aspects of equipment and personnel efficiency optimization.This paper put forward the improvement project step by step in the HQ company to carry out the implementation,and obtain some results,in the hope of providing some useful reference for these measures can be improved after the manufacture of other mobile phone enterprises,enhance the enterprise warehouse management level.
