The good management, appropriate programming of the warehouse and distribution of logistics center will affect the normal and efficient operation of the entire logistics network. So in order to improve the operation efficiency, decrease the operation cost of the whole logistics network, expands company's share in the market and provides the good service to the customer continuously, one of the most important points is to improve both the management level and efficiency of the warehouse, control its cost.As the professional 3rd, party logistics, S company has operated in China for about 14 years. if S company wants to remain competitive in the market that full of competitor, provides the good services to customers persistently, it needs to find out the bottle neck of the operation according to the variation character of suppliers and improve it in time.Combine with the theories and researches that find from the related books and papers, the thesis analysis the typical problems and bring forward the possible programs of the warehouse of S company's CD logistics center. Considering the 43% of the total cost is pick-up operation at warehouse, the thesis uses the ABC analysis to decide the target customer C, as the KA customer to improve its order picking efficiency. Then use the IQ and IK analysis of EIQ to find the A class goods that can take replenishment operation at the leisure time. AS the result of this optimization, S company CD warehouse can improve 2.66 times of picking quality at the condition that reduces the man power. This program can not only balance the workload of both the facilities and manpower, but also reduce the rate of operation safety risk. In order to coordinate with the replenishment program, the thesis also uses the COI cargo space layout model and the random storage model with the special conditions to re-locate the A class goods at S company's CD warehouse. According to this program, the thesis re-plans the cargo spaces of the A class goods of customer C. Tries to reach the targets as the full use of the warehouse spaces and move the cargo with biggest quality but shortest distance. After the practices, the results show that the programs have partly optimized the operation at the CD warehouse. And it also proves the practicality of the related theories and research results of the Logistics center's planning and the warehouse management.
