On February 6,2016,“Central Committee and the State Council Some opinions on Further Strengthening the management of urban planning and construction”proposes that we would make the prefabricated buildings account for 30% of new buildings by 10 years.With the guiding of the policies,the policies will have an important affect the construction industry as a whole and the construction of prefabricated buildings will usher in a new era.Prefabricated housings are different from the traditional residential pattern,which is an important way to implement low carbon,green construction and highlights the concept of sustainable development.Precast components are the essential parts of the prefabricated housings.The procurement of the precast components is throughout the supply chain of the prefabricated housing's construction.For the construction companies,the suppliers of precast components,as the source of procurement,plays an important role in the smooth realization of prefabricated housing projects.Under the background which the development of prefabricated housing is quick,the selection and evaluation of suppliers of precast components is becoming an urgent problem.Under the context which the government are promoting prefabricated buildings,the paper studies the selection and evaluation of suppliers of prefabricated housing components from the viewpoint of construction enterprises to select the best supplier.First of all,the author reviewed a large number of literature reading about the precast components of prefabricated housings,the selection and evaluation of suppliers,and summarizes some related concepts and theories about related concepts and theories about summarizes some related concepts and theories about related concepts and theories.Secondly,the paper studies the current situation of the supplier managements of residential construction,mainly including the traditional housing construction and prefabricated housings which is the core of the new type of housing industry.The paper also analyzes characteristics of the production,construction and procurement of the precast components of prefabricated housings.Then,combining with the characteristics of he precast components of prefabricated housings,the paper researches the selection and valuation index system with literature study,expert interview,questionnaire investigation and factor analysis method.The the paper researches the valuation index system including six quality indicators,three cost indicators,two industrialized products indicators,three delivery level indicators,fourproduction and transportation ability indicators,three enterprise financial status indicators,five enterprise development potential indicators and three strategic cooperation level indicators.Next,the paper uses the GM-TOPSIS based on AHP-entropy weight method to determine index weight to build selection and evaluation model of the the precast components of prefabricated housings.At last,the paper make the selection and evaluation of the supplier of the the precast components of prefabricated housings as an example by using the selection and evaluation index system and selection and evaluation model of the suppliers of the precast components of prefabricated housings.Meanwhile,The application effect is analyzed.
