Research On The Motivation And Promotion Strategies Of Prefabricated Security Housing

In the 13th Five-Year period,the scale of China’s security housing construction will continue to increase.The development of prefabricated building is an important measure to promote the supply side of the structural reform and the development of new urbanization.Security housing has the characteristics of small size,simple design and it’s very suitable for the construction of prefabricated buildings.Developing the prefabricated security housing is conducive to improve the quality and performance of security housing,shorten the construction period,decrease the costs,and save the energy resources.The prefabricated buildings can also take advantage of the large-scale construction of security housing to expand rapidly.However,the proportion of security housing in the use of prefabricated buildings is very low.Therefore,this paper takes the slow development of security housing as a starting point,studies on the development status,the problems and reasons,the successful experience at home and abroad,the motivations of development and the promotion strategies to provide suggestions for promoting the rapid development of prefabricated security housing.First,this paper describes the development of prefabricated security housing,summarizes the existing problems and analyses the reasons by causal analysis gradually.Secondly,with reference to the successful experience of the development of security housing at home and abroad,this paper sums up the three points:the establishment of specialized government agencies,the formulation of sound laws and regulations and the provision of strong technical support.According to the theory of social behavior,we identify the driving factors of the development of prefabricated security housing,and use structural equation model to analyze the force of the driving factors and the interaction among them.The empirical results show that government policy is the dominant factor.The formulation of supporting policies is an important way to promote the development of prefabricated security housing.Although the technological progress does not affect the development of security housing directly,the indirect effect is significant.Finally,based on the research above,this paper proposes the strategies for the development of prefabricated security housing from the three aspects.of the policy formulation,technical support and market promotion.
