| The rapid rise of econom y,especially the continuous developm ent of foreign trade has drove the growth of dom estic port car go container throughput.Meanwhile,with the strategic planning deployment of “The Belt and Road”and regional economic belt,the m idwest inland container freight channels such as “Chongqing-Sinkiang-Europe International Railway” and “Y angtze waterway” have been opened up.The increasing containe r throughput and introduction of various planning policies have made multimodal transport posses a good period of development in our country.Compared with European and American countries,the development of multimodal transport in our country has not only started late,but also had the disadvantages such as low transport ef ficiency,unreasonable route planning and poor transport timeliness.Therefore,in order to m ake multimodal transport serve the development of economy more better,so that m ultimodal transport from the transport capacity as the basis turn to ef ficiency and service as support.Aiming at the problem of transport timeliness,this paper s tudies the pa th optimization of multimodal transport from the perspective of improving the economic benefits of carrier enterprises and meeting the individual needs of customers.Unlike traditionally pursued for the shortest transportation time,this paper applied the soft time window model to the constructi on of the model from the perspective of time elasticity and solv ed the m odel by gene tic algorithm.In the case of the lowest guaranteed transport costs,so that the delivery of goods within the specified time range.The main work of this paper can be described as follows:a)Summarized the domestic and foreign literature on multimodal transport research,and put forward the view of this paper.b)This paper analyzed the theoretical knowledge of multimodal transport,network graph theory and tim e window i n detail.In addition,described the TSP and VRP problems,Which are the bas is of the c onstruction of multimodal transport path optimization model.c)Constructed the path cost mode l which considering tim e and cost factors.Through the case study and genetic algor ithm solving,this paper got the optimal transport route.Finally,verified the validity of the propos ed model and algorithm by comparing the results of other algorithms.The conclusions of this paper can be described as follows:Through the calculation results of th e model,there are two advantages by considering the time window factor in multimodal transportation route optimization.On the one hand it can m ake carrier enterprises avoid additional costs w hich because of early or delayed arrival and i mprove the economic benefits,on the other hand it can improve the transport efficiency and customer satisfaction by reasonable optimization. |
