Since the distance is very far under China’s steel production and consumption in general business conditions, resulting in iron and steel enterprises in the long-distance predetermined type logistics model, the costs of logistics remaing high. A business is a steel producer, located in the north inland city, and its market demands concentrated mostly in the Northeast and South of China, and its steel products mainly rely on rail transport to the various needs of the downstream business, the costs of logistics is higher than the enterprises with waterway conditions. Logistics costly makes a huge pressure to the enterprise A and the competiveness is greatly weakened. The paper aims at the transportation’s status quo of enterprise A and put award optimizing transport modes of enterprise, and analysis varies of factors systematically, and founds the transportation virtual net diagram. Through analysis showed that sales of logistics and transport optimization model is actually a virtual transport network diagram, a combination of transport paths and modes of transportation between cities to optimize node problem. The paper found the transportation mode optimizing model after full consideration of the enterprise A and gets the results of the model’s objective function by Genetic Algorithms.In this paper, on the whole enterprise sales logistics mode A mode of transport and transport routes selection is optimized multimodal solutions obtained for A transportation program provides companies develop decision making and saves the transportation costs, and Improves transport efficiency, then Improve economic efficiency of enterprise A.
