Research On Improvement Of Safety Performance Of Construction Enterprises Based On System Dynamics

In recent years,the state administrative departments of construction and construction safety attaches great importance to the corresponding safety management system which has become more and more perfect.The incidence of construction industry safety accidents has been gradually reduced,but the construction accident is still quite serious,and the construction enterprise safety performance has been an important indicator to measure the level of safety production of construction enterprise.So if you can find factors affecting the safety performance of construction enterprises,clear effect among various factors to analyze the relationship between them,then this will enhance the prevention and performance of construction.Construction enterprises is of great realistic significance,But in the research on safety performance in the present,there are many qualitative conclusions about the safety performance,and quantitative data conclusion is relatively little,quantitative indicators and selection is not reasonable.The main problem is that the anthropogenic impact is relatively large,systematic and scientific enough.Therefore,in the actual application process,there are some limitations.This paper first through the literature on Influencing Factors of domestic and foreign related safety performance are analyzed,and then summarizes the statistics of these safety performance factors,on this basis,combined with the actual situation of China's current construction enterprises,through the questionnaire survey method that 28 factors affect the safety performance of construction enterprises.For these factors,the internal factors(quality of safety,people of the state security,technology,environmental safety,management level)and external factors(social security value,other subject,safety laws and regulations)the security factors are two aspects that affect the performance of construction enterprise analysis,finally using dynamic modeling software the system constructs the construction enterprise safety performance model,the simulation model for the simulation to make bedding.Multivariate analysis method is based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative,through the simulation analysis of construction enterprise safety performance model,so as to find out the five key factors affecting the safety performance of construction enterprise.It is: rational behavior of decision makers,safety culture,safety laws and regulations,engineering technology level,emergency and accident the level of treatment and from the five aspects respectively put forward corresponding measures and suggestions,for the relevant government units and construction enterprises to make reasonable policies,for the safety performance of construction enterprises to enhance the direction and provide a theoretical basis for the development of great significance to the safety of construction enterprises.
