Research On The Influencing Factors And Mechanism Of Safety Atmosphere Of Construction Enterprises

In the new period of social development,the increasing number of employees and expanding scale of construction industry in china,make it becomes the backbone of booming economy.But the construction's intensive labor,relatively low quality of employees,complex and varied work environment and so on,leading to the occurrence of safety hazard and safety accident in construction enterprises,safety accidents.it is necessary for improve the level of safety management of construction enterprises to research of influencing factors and affect mechanism of construction enterprise's safety climate,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the atmosphere of safety in construction enterprises.Through literature review and theory of accident causation,organizational support etc and from the perspective of construction project,proposed initial influencing factors affecting construction enterprise's safety climate,based on initial influencing factors,developed initial questionnaire of construction enterprise's safe climate.The initial questionnaire surveyed two construction enterprises,then using SPSS 22 data analysis software analysis initial survey data,and optimized the initial questionnaire items,according to the analysis results,finally obtained the formal questionnaire and carry out the questionnaire,then through reliability and validity test,exploratory factor analysis,the results show that the quality of personnel,material and machine's state,working environment and safety management are the main factors affecting the construction enterprise's safe climate.Using AMOS 20 software conduct confirmatory factors analysis based on the results of exploratory factor analysis,results showed that the potential variables described safe climate could be well explained by corresponding measuring variables,based on related theoretical analysis,build safe climate influence factors' affect mechanism model of construction enterprises,and put forward model assumptions,then through initial model verification,initial model modification and results analysis,obtained affect mechanism of quality of personnel,safety state of material and machine,working environment and safety management,finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions from improve the quality of personnel,ensure the safety state of construction materials and machine,improve working environment,enhance safety management of construction enterprise four aspects to improve safety climate of construction enterprise.adopted the method of investigation and research,qualitative and quantitative research,obtained safety climate influence factors' affect mechanism of construction enterprise,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the safety climate,bring certain practical significance to improve the level of safety management of construction enterprises,it also bring certain reference value for future research.
