With the rapid development of rail transit,the safety of rail transit construction has increasingly become the focus of attention.During the safety management measures of rail transit construction,the safety cost management is an important way to improve the safety level of construction,and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents and the loss of safety accidents.However,due to the unclear safety cost accounting indicators,the safety cost of construction enterprises is not in place,construction safety accidents make more safety loss cost expenditures,and safety cost management lacks process analysis and dynamic control.Therefore,this paper takes the subway construction safety cost management as the research object,uses the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,interpretation structure model and system dynamics,systematically studies the relationship between the safety cost index of subway construction and the safety influence factors of the construction system,and provides a reference for the dynamic optimization management of the subway construction project.Firstly,taking the subway construction safety system as the entry point,this paper analyzes the industry situation of the safety cost dynamic management,expounds the basic theory of safety cost optimization and control of subway construction project and the basic law of the change of safety cost are.Combined with the construction characteristics of subway projects,the safety cost index system is constructed,and the composition of the safety cost is classified,based on the basic theory of safety cost,which provides the data statistics and accounting basis for the safety cost management of the subway construction based on the system dynamics.Secondly,the systematic identification of the influencing factors of construction safety are carried out,and the influence factor system of the subway construction safety are constructed based on the cause analysis of the subway construction safety accidents.By using the theory and method of interpretation structure model(ISM),the construction safety influence factor interpretation structure model is constructed,and the complex causality among the influence factors of construction safety is analyzed,the relationship between safety preventive cost index and system safety influence factors are clarified,which provides a theoretical basis for the safety cost management of subway construction based on system dynamics.Thirdly,this paper uses the theory and modeling method of system dynamics based on the systematic analysis of safety cost and construction safety influence factors,and constructs the system dynamics model of the subway construction safety cost by using the theory and modeling method of system dynamics and the system dynamics software Vensim PLE.The sensitivity analysis of safety cost index is carried out to provide support for the dynamicoptimization management of subway construction safety cost.Finally,taking a construction project as an example to carry on an empirical study,this paper puts forward the dynamic safety cost input and distribution strategy in the construction stage of the subway project.Through the simulation,the effect of the enterprise's safety resources allocation under different investment schemes is analyzed.The results show that the model can reflect the impact of different decision schemes on the system safety level to a certain extent.It has a certain reference value for the enterprise to carry out dynamic safety and preventives cost investment decision,and provides data support and decision-making basis for the subsequent optimization of safety cost management,and it is also beneficial to promote the efficiency of construction safety management.
