Research On Evaluation Index System Of Safety Culture In Construction Enterprise

In recent years, the construction industry is booming in China. However, the current safety production situation of construction industry is still serious. It is not only a universally problem to be solved urgently but an urgent need of social harmonious development in China that how to effectively reduce construction safety accidents and the losses and improve the overall safety consciousness. Safety culture is the highest means of safety management, which can make coordinate development among the person, the machine, the environment and the management. To control accident occurrence fundamentally, establishing perfect safety culture evaluation index system is a crucial issue based on evaluating the construction enterprise safety culture scientifically and objectively.Based on aforementioned, this thesis makes a deep analysis on existing literature and research achievements, defines concept, content and research scope of the construction safety culture, and dissects influencing factors of construction enterprise safety culture using information precipitation means. This thesis identifies key factors using factor analysis reduced-order thoughts and designs a safety culture evaluation index system of construction enterprise using based on the Human Error Theory. The content of this thesis are mainly shown as follows.Firstly, on the basis of literature review, this thesis makes corresponding contrast analysis among cultural, safety culture and enterprise safety culture, defines construction enterprise safety culture, and elaborates the content, structure and function of construction enterprise safety culture combining with the characteristics of construction enterprises.Secondly, this thesis elaborates existing typical safety culture evaluation index system from three perspectives: the basic theory, accident factors and safety culture connotation. This thesis combs 22 references related to influencing factors of construction enterprise safety culture, deposits 372 influencing factors, and summarizes 33 influence factors of construction enterprise safety culture.Thirdly, take the Human Error Theory as the index establishing foundation, this thesis combs the influencing factors of construction enterprise safety culture and establishes the conceptual model of construction enterprise safety culture evaluation index system from four perspectives of construction enterprise decision makers, managers, construction workers and environmental.Finally, the influencing factors are gained through 10 companies'questionnaire data. This thesis establishes an index system belonging to construction decision-making level, management level, and construction works level and environment level according to the SMART principle of index system and the thoughts of factor analysis reduced-order method, which is helpful for the establishment of construction enterprise safety culture evaluation index system.
