The Communist Party pointed out that the year 2016,is the beginning of our national economy and development of society of the “13th Five-Year Plan”.The world economy still keeps in deep adjustments.The complexity,instability and the indeterminacy are becoming more obvious.The economy has been highly improved,and so does the quality of our national population.As the main part of the financial market,the banks should stay creative and revolutionary by the intensely financial environment.This thesis is expected to focus on how to keep the people with abilities and with talents.To provide effective ways to attract and keep the ones through the incentive research with the common staff.This essay would deeply study the documents of incentive system and performance appraisal management with the common staff in Bank of T,Beijing branch through case analysis and questionnaire survey.We also use survey research to seek their attitude and feedback on incentive research by random bank staff in Bank of T.And then we sum up some of the problem that unfairness of payment,unscientific of assessment and the faultiness of mechanisms in Bank of T.Thus,this thesis is going to make some suggestions for every single problem to help revolution of bank and development of individuals.
