In morden economic world, the serious competition was accompanied with the growing of the finance market, there is no exclusion for the comercial bank field. How to establish a reasonable employee payment & incentive system accords with the market economy law is the essential requirement for bank's talent retention and growth. It was lack of marketability and salary and the motivation behind the reform of the system led to our brain drain and commercial bank management staff is lagging. Therefore, improve the HR management became one of extremely urgent issue must to be solved.Taking BJ BANK J CITY BRANCH as an example, this paper will investigate into first line staff payment & incentive system, analyse the essence of what problem there is, take account of the new situation, new mission, will bring you some ideas how to establish an more efficient payment & incentive system. We hope more people, more departments will take into this investigation. With our efforts, combining more society resource and power, I believe we can find out an way to improve the present Chinese Comercial bank's HR mangement.
