Performance appraisal is an effective means of enterprise human resource management,enterprises through employee performance appraisal,motivate employees to work actively,tap their potential.Scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system can effectively assist the implementation of enterprise strategy,boost the stable and healthy development of enterprises.This paper takes the common staff of Qinhuangdao Ugrant Sun City store as the research object.On the basis of studying relevant theories of domestic and foreign performance appraisal theory and reading performance appraisal of a large number of relevant literature,according to the Qinhuangdao Ugrant Sun City store visited the site survey,analyzes the performance appraisal of the common staff in the supermarket.This paper consists of five parts.The first part of this paper introduces the research background,significance,research status and research ideas and methods;The second part introduces the theory of performance appraisal;The third part analyzes the current situation of the performance appraisal of the common staff in Qinhuangdao Ugrant Sun City store and points out the problems and problems in the performance appraisal of the basic staff;The fourth part uses the key performance indicators and Delphi method to the supermarket common staff performance appraisal of the key indicators and weight redesign,put forward the supermarket common staff performance appraisal optimization design schem;The fifth part puts forward safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of the performance appraisal optimization design.Research on performance appraisal of Qinhuangdao Ugrant Sun City store common staff according to the reality of this theory,using the scientific method and technological means of the common staff performance appraisal design not only has a certain guiding significance to the supermarket staff's performance appraisal,but also provide a reference for other enterprises the work of human resource management.
