Huaihe River Basin Model Of New Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization Coordinated Development Research

Coordinated development of urbanization and modernization of agriculture is a new type of industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization is an important part of the "four modernizations" common development and the inevitable requirement. Huaihe river basin in China’s reform and opening up30years, the development of urbanization and agricultural modernization has obtained certain achievements, but there are some problems, the existence of these problems hindered the huaihe river in the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization process. This article through to the huaihe river basin in the coordinated development relationship between urbanization and agricultural modernization, not only helps further research problems in the huaihe river basin in the deep-seated problems of urbanization, agricultural modernization, but also to other less developed areas in China urbanization and agricultural modernization coordinated development planning formulation can also provide the certain reference significance.First of all, this article from the urbanization, the coordinated development of agricultural modernization, urbanization and agricultural modernization theory, empirical methods, influence factors and the research on several aspects, such as domestic and foreign related research in the field of relevant literature were reviewed, and make a brief comment, to determine this selected topic research direction. After, in this paper, the urbanization and modernization of agriculture related theory are summarized, mainly introduced the connotation of urbanization and agricultural modernization, urbanization and agricultural modernization the coordinated development of theoretical basis and the mechanism of interaction between urbanization and agricultural modernization.Secondly, this paper constructed the huaihe river in the new urbanization, agricultural modernization evaluation index system, using the comprehensive index evaluation method, respectively, of the huaihe river basin in the new urbanization, agricultural modernization level comprehensive measures. The results show that the overall development of the huaihe river basin as a whole new type of urbanization, agricultural modernization level is low, but the fast development in recent years; Either from the perspective of provincial or from the prefecture level to analyze the new urbanization, agricultural modernization level, all can be found, jiangsu and shandong provinces of new urbanization, agricultural modernization comprehensive measure value is significantly higher than that of henan and anhui provinces comprehensive measure index value and comprehensive measure of value differences between different cities. In huaihe river in each prefecture new urbanization, agricultural modernization level of comprehensive development, on the basis of measurement data, this paper using the panel VAR model of huaihe river in new dynamic interaction relationship between urbanization and agricultural modernization in the empirical analysis, it was found that the huaihe river basin in the new urbanization for a strong role in promoting the modernization of agriculture, agricultural modernization and support for the new type of urbanization is relatively weak.Then, this paper, by using the coupling coordination degree model of huaihe river in new degree of coordinated development between urbanization and agricultural modernization has carried on the test method of quantitative analysis and using the convergence of the huaihe river basin in the new urbanization and agricultural modernization coupling coordination degree of convergence judgment. Conclusion shows that the huaihe river basin as a whole in2000-2012new coupling coordination degree between urbanization and agricultural modernization showing a rising trend year by year, but the overall level of coupling coordination degree is relatively low, the huaihe river in the provinces of new urbanization and agricultural modernization coupling coordination degree between difference is bigger and bigger, and the gap is obvious, and prefecture level between the new urbanization and agricultural modernization coupling coordination degree difference change smaller, and the future is likely to show the tendency of convergence.Finally, the article along the huaihe river in using panel data model and panel estimation method on the basis of the final choice for individual fixed effects model of huaihe river in the new urbanization and agricultural modernization, we made empirical analysis on the influence factors of the coordinated development, the results showed that in addition to the income of urban and rural residents difference coefficient of huaihe river basin type urbanization and agricultural modernization has a negative effect, the influence of the coordinated development of huaihe river in eight other variables of type of urbanization and coordinated development have a positive role in promoting agricultural modernization (among them, only a year of financial institutions loans for agriculture and animal husbandry fishery GDP variable didn’t pass the significance test). In addition, in this paper, in combination with the urbanization and agricultural modernization theory and based on the empirical analysis on the basis of the huaihe river basin in the new urbanization and coordinated development of agricultural modernization, including a summary on the problems existing in the process of and put forward to promote the coordinated development of huaihe river in the new urbanization and agricultural modernization policy Suggestions.
