Based On Value Chain Management Of Third Party Logistics Enterprise Accounting Information System Optimization Research

In recent years,with the economic development and technological progress,business environment and management environment facing more uncertainty."Internet+" under the era of more and more personalized,professional needs,making third-party logistics shipped out to the traditional accounting theory-based accounting information system more difficult to meet the third-party logistics business management and decision-making needs.As a new competitive strategy,the emergence of value chain management to the third party logistics enterprise accounting information system has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Therefore,it is an important issue to study how to construct an accounting information system to adapt to the new economic environment.Based on the theory of value chain,this paper discusses how to realize the process optimization of the third party logistics enterprise accounting information system by combining the characteristics and business process of the third party logistics company with normative research and case study method.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,research ideas and methods,innovation and characteristics,reviewed the domestic and foreign literature on the value chain and third-party logistics enterprises.The second part is related to the concept and theoretical basis,the main definition of the relevant concepts,the accounting information system,financial sharing center and value chain theory.The third part is the third party logistics industry accounting information system analysis.Analyzes the status duo of the third party logistics industry accounting information system,based on the value chain management perspective on the logistics industry accounting information system analysis,demand analysis and functional analysis to elaborate.The fourth part is the case study,mainly introduces the basic situation of H Logistics Co.,Ltd.,analyzes its business environment and business process,and introduces the application of H Logistics Co.financial sharing center in the third party logistics system.The fifth part is the case revelation and suggestion.Through the case study of the internal control system of H Logistics Co.,Ltd.,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of H Company’s accounting information system optimization under the third party logistics management model from the perspective of value chain management.Advice on the Optimization of Accounting Information System of Logistics Enterprises.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect,summarizes the research conclusions and forecasts the future research.
