With the development of social economy,the gradual improvement of medical security and the gradual increase in demand for medicine,China’s transport requirements for pharmaceutical products are also entering a period of rapid growth.Pharmaceutical cold chain logistics,as a special branch of logistics,runs through the entire pharmaceutical industry chain and is characterised by strong safety,high timeliness,complexity and high cost.Currently,the development of G Medical Logistics Company’s Fujian Branch faces dual constraints of geographical location and local medical resources in Fujian Province.Moreover,in the overall development strategy of the headquarters,the facility construction of the Fujian Branch is relatively lagging behind.There are many issues in the logistics business process that require urgent improvement,especially during emergency risk prevention and control incidents,where these problems become more pronounced.This thesis takes the logistics centre of Fujian Branch of G Pharmaceutical Logistics Company as the research object.Through the analysis of the current situation of China’s pharmaceutical cold chain logistics industry,and the comparison and analysis with the more typical P airport cold fresh processing centre in the same industry,combined with the Six Sigma DMAIC model,the use of FMEA analysis,Pareto diagram analysis and C&E matrix and other method models to analyse and sort out the company’s existing inbound,in-store and outbound business processes,as well as the collation of customer complaint information This thesis proposes optimisation measures in three aspects: intelligent equipment guarantee technology,logistics centre layout planning and information system collaboration optimisation.Finally,this thesis uses Flexsim simulation software to simulate the business process before and after optimisation,and after several runs,the feasibility of this optimisation method is verified.Subsequently,safeguards corresponding to the optimisation measures and existing problems are proposed from four aspects: strategy,organisation,talent and resources,respectively,to provide some support and guarantee for the implementation of the subsequent optimisation measures.Through this study,specific improvement methods are proposed for the inbound and outbound processes of the logistics centre of G Pharma Logistics Fujian Branch,and the optimisation modelling simulation is validated.In light of Fujian Province’s recent efforts in further planning cold chain logistics and the current status of the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics industry in Fujian Province,it holds significant practical significance for G Fujian Branch to expand its development scale and improve company efficiency.Moreover,it also carries theoretical significance as a reference and source of inspiration for the development of other companies in the same industry.
