| Land intensive use is conducive to saving land for construction in the park,reducing land input,and improving the land use layout and industrial agglomeration of the park.The scale benefits generated by the agglomeration are the basic prerequisites for the society to provide sound infrastructure and public service facilities.The construction of the park should be concentrated and intensively utilized to reduce infrastructure and investment costs such as roads and pipelines,so as to provide better infrastructure and social services and improve the economic and social benefits of the park.Land intensive use is conducive to the organic combination of economic and land functions.The optimization of land aggregation is conducive to the land use from “loose” and “extensive” to “saving and intensive”management mode,and scientifically promote the “change” value of land use.This paper analyzes the intensive use of land in Linxi County Bearing Industrial Park by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis and combining theoretical and empirical methods.Taking Linxi Bearing Industrial Park as an example,this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the land use situation of the park from three aspects: land use status,land function orientation,land development and construction analysis.From the three aspects of land use status,land use benefit and management performance,including 5 sub-goals and 10 indicators,the land intensive use evaluation index system is constructed.The target value method and expert consultation method are used to determine the ideal value.The Delphi method determines the weight of each index.The comprehensive evaluation and potential analysis of land resource intensive use were carried out by means of the current status score weighted summation.Finally,according to the final conclusion of the intensive use and potential evaluation of Linxi Bearing Industrial Park,the countermeasures for land intensive use are put forward.The main findings are as follows:1.Through the qualitative analysis of the land use situation of Linxi Bearing Industrial Park,it can be seen that with the increase of the proposed industrial projects in the future,the land in the park will be in a tight situation in supply and demand.In addition,with theimplementation of the policy of “delisting into the suburbs” for industrial land,some enterprises will also be relocated to the park,so the situation of short supply will be long-term.2.Through quantitative analysis of land intensive use in Linxi Bearing Industrial Park,it can be seen that the land use degree of the park is relatively high,the development meets the planning requirements of the park,the land use structure is reasonable,and the industrial land use intensity reaches a high level,but there is still potential for improvement.As the park is in its infancy,a large number of enterprises are in the initial stage of input and output,which leads to the intensity of fixed assets investment,the intensity of industrial land output and the small tax revenue,indicating that the enterprises in the park need to further improve the land use efficiency.3.In view of the problems existing in the intensive use of land in the park,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward: scientific planning and rational use of land;strengthening quantitative control,optimizing industrial structure,scientific selection of enterprises,and raising the threshold for entering the park;taking the evaluation of intensive land as an opportunity to strengthen Intensive land use awareness. |
