Study On The Transformation And Upgrading Path Of Anhui High-tech Zone From The Perspective Of Regional Integration

Since joining the Yangtze River delta,Anhui has a good external development opportunity.Meanwhile,it brings "external" power for the transformation and upgrading of the high-tech zones in Anhui Province.In September 2014,the State Council issued the guidance on promoting the development of the Yangtze river economic belt relying on golden waterway,and Anhui joined the Yangtze river delta completely.From geographical integration to development integration,integration into the Yangtze river delta has become an important opportunity for the development of Anhui province and the transformation and upgrading of high-tech zones.This paper uses the principal component analysis to evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of Anhui high-tech zones with the help of SPSS21.0 software.The results show that Hefei,Wuhu,Bengbu,Cihu of Maanshan and Maanshan high-tech zone are more competitive,but Huainan and Suzhou high-tech zone are the weakest.Meanwhile,this paper compares the four national high-tech zones in Anhui province and other national high-tech zones in the Yangtze river delta.The research shows that except Hefei high-tech zone ranks second,the other high-tech zones are ranked higher.And the overall competitiveness of the high-tech zone in Anhui province is weaker than Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang.In order to design the transformation and upgrading path of Anhui high-tech zones from the perspective of regional integration,this paper further analyzes the integration process of Anhui province into the surrounding provinces and cities.The paper constructed the evaluation index system respectively,finding that the regional innovation ability in Anhui province is the sixth,in the middle level.And the ability of Anhui to undertake industrial transfer is relatively low,even compared to Hubei province.Based on the above research,the paper designs the differentiated bond-out paths of the transformation and upgrading for different levels of high-tech zones.At last,the paper puts forward specific countermeasures for the transformation and development of high-tech zones under different modes in the core area of Yangtze river delta from the perspective of regional integration.
