Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Transformation And Upgrading Of Zhejiang High Tech Park

High technology industry park( "Hi Tech Park") is emerging industry cluster, on behalf of the direction of industrial development in a country or region, plays an important role in the economic development, and provided strong support for the economic growth. Based on the important position of the high tech park, it is often regarded as an important carrier of the adjustment of the economic structure, and plays an important role in leading the transformation and upgrading of the regional industry and promoting the upgrading of the level of industrial development.At present, China's economic development into the new normal, especially in coastal provinces, they are mostly under the pressure brought about by the transformation and upgrading. Zhejiang as an important component of the development of China's Yangtze River Delta Force, the first to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading, to achieve rapid and good economic development and play an exemplary role. So in the study to explore how to play a leading role in the area of high-tech industrial park in Zhejiang, first of all, we should pay attention to the transformation and upgrading of high-tech park itself. In the high-tech park to promote industrial transformation and upgrading of the reality of the case, the three major high-tech park in Hsinchu(Taiwan Science Park, the Central Scientific Industrial Park,South Science Park) is a model for the transformation and upgrading of development.Zhejiang and Taiwan in recent years economic and trade cooperation is increasingly close,foreign trade in the economic development in their respective regions all occupy an important position, the attribute of economic development have the similarity.So drawing on the experience of development of Taiwan High Tech Park, study and explore the "new normal" background, hi tech Park transformation upgrading and development, is an important task for the economic development of the coastal provinces of Zhejiang.According to the existing literature and the main theory of industrial agglomeration,industrial scale economy, industrial innovation, combined with the development status ofZhejiang high tech park, and analyzes the external motivation of Zhejiang hi tech Park(in the global factors, regional factors), internal motivation(development level of high-tech park, hi tech Park low brand effect, low in high tech park the low-end industrial chain, high-tech park,hi tech park with radiation power weak innovation ability is not strong, the problem(three)aspects of the enterprise perspective, from the perspective of industry and government perspective analysis), and then focus on the analysis of the development experience of Taiwan high tech park, Zhejiang high tech Zone, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to upgrade.
