Research Of Integration Of Urban And Rural Endowment Insurance System

With economic development,population aging is a widespread social problem in many countries,China has entered the aging society since 1999,and the degree of aging rose faster and faster because of China's population planning policy,so that the amount of young people significantly reducing has impacted on all areas of society and the economy,"inverted pyramid" 4-2-1 family structure model has gradually formed,the traditional family pension obvious was not enough.At the same time,due to the "industry first" economic system,there are significant differences between factory workers and farmers in social pension system.Therefore,the construction of urban and rural pension insurance system is important for improving the social security system,to deal with the problem of aging.My thesis based on the background of today's aging society,and draw on the experience of other foreign research results.Firstly,I show the meaning and status of aging population in China,the concept of urban and rural insurance system and relationship between them.Secondly,in order to focus on the study of Tianjin,I studied the status of implementation of pension insurance,the problem of pension insurance system,the feasibility and necessity of the establishment of urban and rural old-age insurance system and the specific measures taken and concrete results achieved,etc.Then respectively basing on the background and characteristics of the pension system in Japan,Chile,Singapore and other countries,I draw on China's pension insurance system which continues to improve and learn from the experience of enlightenment.Finally,I propose a piece of advice for the establishment of urban and rural old-age insurance system,including the establishment of the principles and specific measures of the process of building urban and rural old-age insurance system.
