Study On Investment Control Of North Outer Ring Gathering Gas Pipeline Project

Oil, an important strategic resource, has become an indispensable strategy that full speed to build national energy channel and oil-gas pipeline network during the "Twelve Five" period. Hence, How to control the investment cost appropriately seems so important that scholars should study and solve.Depending on the present investment cost management situation of the Southwest Oil and Gas Branch, according to many factors that influence total investment and problems of management, writer chose "North Outer Ring Set pipeline" project as the research object, adopted several analytic methods-the work decomposition, earned value, checklists and moving control method-the PDCA Circulation Patterns, and finally posed safeguard measures to control investment costs, built investment control early warning and correction mechanisms simultaneously.
