The project cost management of communication construction is an important link that can not be ignored by enterprises.It also needs to keep pace with the times,deepening from traditional thick line management to modern fine line management.However,in the process of communication construction,project cost management is still at a level of extensive and empirical management.There are many problems,such as formalization of cost budget,accounting to be standardized and cost management out of control,which will be reflected by some special or abnormal construction projects.Promoting project cost management,using scientific cost planning,accounting and analysis methods,summing up in practice,and constantly optimizing and improving the cost management of enterprises are of great significance to the telecommunication construction industry.This paper takes project A under special audit of Henan Communications Engineering Bureau Limited Company(Henan Communications Company for short)as a case study.Based on the background of enterprises with 71 years' experience in communication construction,this paper analyses the special projects in the process of communication construction,introduces the current situation of transmission pipeline project construction cost management,and excavates the problems and Countermeasures in cost management.Firstly,this paper discusses the background and significance of the research,analyses the current situation of development at home and abroad,and introduces relevant basic theories.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation and project overview of case enterprises,and analyses the current situation and specific links of project management.Finally,the problems of project A in cost management are analyzed.The weakness of staff cost management consciousness and the need for standardization of cost accounting are deeply analyzed.At the same time,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Based on the case analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to establish and improve the responsibility system of cost management and implement the whole process cost management,hoping to provide reference for the improvement of project cost management level in the telecommunication construction industry.This case illustrates that there are many problems in China's telecommunication construction industry.Therefore,this paper argues that telecommunication construction enterprises should establish and improve the cost management responsibility system,implement the whole process cost management and other countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide reference for the improvement of project cost management level in the telecommunication construction industry.
