Evaluation Of HAINAN Agricultural Modernization Development Level

Based on the full use of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper combines qualitative methods with quantitative methods,aiming at the actual situation and features in Hainan province,selecting the relevant data of plant industry from 2009 to 2015,analyzes the actual situation of agricultural modernization in Hainan province,and evaluated its current development level,points out the problems existing in Hainan province agricultural modernization and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The main contents of this paper concludes:the detailed explanation of related concepts and origin by analyzing domestic and foreign research trends of agricultural modernization,and then using analytic hierarchy method and system analysis method to analyze the present situation of Hainan agricultural modernization development from five aspects:agricultural material equipment condition,agricultural output,agricultural economic structure,agriculture industrialization and present situation of rural area social development,and then make the corresponding evaluation criteria,forms an effective evaluation index system,according to the established index weight,calculate the comprehensive value of the specific index.The evaluation index can mainly divided into goal set,first grade index and second grade index,in which Hainan agricultural modernization development level was evaluated in an all round way as the goal set;the first grade index evaluation was mainly reflected in the evaluation of four aspects:material equipment level,rural resources and environment conditions,rural areas development level and comprehensive output ability of agriculture;the second grade index is a detailed classification based on the first grade index,which including 19 indexes,such as the efficiency of cultivated land irrigation,labor productivity,the average net income of rural households,etc.The comprehensive value of Hainan province agricultural modernization developing level from 2009 to 2015 can be given by calculating the first grade index,the comprehensive value shows that Hainan province stays at the lower level in agricultural modernization development.As Hainan province mainly depends on its traditional development pattern,so there is still a gap against other provinces.Finally,according to the evaluation results and the problems found in Hainan agricultural modernization development,the specific suggestions were put forward,which will have instructive reference value for the future development structure.
